Our Process
Design Philosophy
NeedCo believes that by interpreting the wants, needs and desires into a functional yet aesthetically pleasing design is the hallmark of our design approach. NeedCo design professionals have designed cabinetry in some of the finest homes in North and South America and Europe.
- Our Personalized Service - We pride ourselves on communicating clearly our capabilities in order to manage expectations with each project. Spending considerable time with each client prior to designing allows us to uncover “hidden pearls” for a project. We provide initial consultation, review product selections, blue prints and pricing at no charge.
- Our Planning - We create cabinet layouts from blueprints or your field measurements, prepare for release a perspective, elevation and quotation in your choice of cabinet line offered. As projects evolve requiring additional time, a planning fee will be needed based on the scope of the project, which becomes part of the overall project price and is included in your quotation.
- Our Quality Assurance - Before we order your new cabinetry, we verify field measurements and identify potential obstacles that may be encountered during the installation process. A project team is developed for each client to ensure satisfaction during the execution phase. Check out our Remodeling Tips.
- Our Delivery - Most of our orders will arrive in approximately three weeks from the date of the order. We will make arrangements with you, your builder or your contractor to schedule a timely delivery of your new cabinetry to your home generally within a four hour window by our own trained delivery staff.
- Our Craftsmen - We hire, train and develop licensed and insured craftsmen who pay attention to detail at every stage of your project to ensure your satisfaction. Our craftsmen have reviewed your project with the designer and installation manger so you can rest assured that your installation will be performed in a timely and professional manner.
- Your Satisfaction - Your designer will review the execution of the project and make notes of items that may need further attention. It is our goal to recognize these details before you do. Any outstanding issues are reviewed daily each morning during our production meeting. Once the project is complete, you will be asked to walk the home and approve or ask us to improve our work.
- Our Service - After we have moved out and your lifestyle returns to normal, our service professionals are available after the sale to ensure the quality lasts. A Lifetime or Five-Year Limited Warranty, depending on the cabinet series purchased, and an Exclusive Lifetime Limited Warranty on the drawer box, door hinge and drawer suspension system supports NeedCo, Inc. - The Cabinet Company.
